Episode 10 of 'Survivor 41' recap: In 'Baby With a Machine Gun,' who was voted off?

This week's episode of Survivor 41 had a lot of drama and action - but most importantly, it brought another castaway home. This week was Tribal Council night for the contestants, so they all had to put their heads together to vote out either Michael or James.

"Survivor 41" is hosted by Jeff Probst. The show airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m., with episodes being one hour long each. Additionally, fans can watch "Survivor 41" online via live stream (details below). Read on to find out who got voted off this week!

This week, it was hard to know who would be voted out next, thanks to the hidden immunity idols that could be played at any time. However, despite all of this confusion, Michael ended up being the castaway sent packing. So who's next? Who will be voted off this week?

Tonight, there's a big food reward challenge. It starts with everyone working together to stack wooden crates on top of each other to create a 5-foot tall tower. Once that's been done, they have to work together to stack sacks of food on top of the crates - five of them in all. Last but not least, there's a puzzle where they have to work out how many pigs are inside the compartment (one) and then count the crated pigs (four) without opening them and looking inside.

Even though they all work together to win, James ends up winning the reward for his tribe. He chooses Caleb and Malcolm to go with him on an adventure! They spend some time rafting down a river and enjoying it thoroughly. James gets back home and tells everyone about the trip - but he accidentally lets it slip that they found an idol. Immediately, the other tribe starts searching for it!

It turns out that one of them gets very lucky and discovers it pretty quickly. So they're all feeling pretty secure now - especially since Michael is the only person who would know about any idols. That's why he tries to convince everyone else that they should vote him out of the game. But they think he's bluffing, and they vote out someone else instead!

Jeff Probst welcomes viewers to watch the show on Wednesday night. He then introduces us to the new players; Malcolm, Michael, Nina, Julia, and Caleb (referred to as Levu). We also meet James (Mana) and Sarah (Agia). As always, the new contestants all walk onto a boat and head to their island with only the clothes on their backs. They've got nothing but time now - they'll have to start building shelter and finding food as soon as possible!

The tribes revel in this fantastic experience for a while before it's time for Jeff Probst to send them off to their first challenge. First, they have to race across a balance beam before diving into the water and retrieving one of three heavy bags. Once that's done, they have to swim the bag back towards the finish line, where it must be stacked on top of three other bags. When each round is finished, people get eliminated until one tribe is left standing - and they win! The winning team gets a massive fire-making kit with flint, steel, fuel, and everything they need to make fire without matches or lighters.

Both Mana and Nuku are victorious in their challenges this week. It's double the fun for both of them since that means two reward trips! Jeff then sends them off to their next immunity challenge. This one is all about balance since they have to stand on a wobbly beam out in the open for as long as possible - and it brings back terrible memories of his medical scare right before last season's finale.

Everyone has to put 100% effort into this, but it's particularly hard for Malcolm. He's dying to stand up and move the beam with his feet, but he knows that'll be a DQ if he does it - so he stays put!

The Nuku tribe wins this challenge (slightly upsetting James), and Sarah chooses her former Mana tribemates, Michael and Caleb, to go along on reward. They get to take a helicopter ride back home to their camp!

Everyone is emotional because the last time they were all together, it was under very different circumstances. After that's done, Michael tries his best to convince Sarah that he has an idol - but she doesn't believe him. She also points out that if he has one and plays it, they'll lose the subsequent immunity - and she doesn't want that to happen.

The Mana tribe is still trying to figure what to do about Michael. James has been thinking of getting rid of him for a while now, but he's not sure if the rest of his tribe will agree with him on this one. He discusses it with a former Nuku member who seems cold to the idea. He'll have to think it over some more, but he's pretty sure that Michael will play his idol just in case - and then they can get rid of him without any consequences.

Meanwhile, at Agia camp, things are going pretty well for Julia for the moment. She has a lot of friends in her tribe, and she feels like she could be here for a while. However, after the challenge, they start discussing who to get rid of next; James or Malcolm? Both these guys are strong competitors, so it's tough to decide. Ultimately, Julia calls (with help from Sarah) that they should take out Malcolm instead.

Lava enters the game! Malcolm is infuriated that his tribe will not listen to him, so he's forced to play his idol after all - but it doesn't matter because he's still voted out anyway. At least he has this moment with his dad before leaving…

James is now the only Mana player left without an idol. That means the next person voted out could screw him over, so he must do some damage control ASAP. A few Nuku tribe members are suspicious of Michael's idol, but they're more concerned with Sarah since she hasn't told them about her advantage.

On the flip side, James managed to survive another day in the game by using his hidden idol on himself - which meant that Michael was eliminated instead.

With only five players left, the Agia tribe wins immunity once again. This makes it the longest streak ever in Survivor history! Julia worries that she'll be on the chopping block since James hasn't been very friendly with her lately - but the others are pretty sure he'd never vote out his daughter, so she's safe for now.
